A new Acuity Report is available that shows the census of each acuity level over any pay period
or date range. The report can be viewed at any organization group or department level. The report is
displayed as a line graph showing volume and budget data.
The Overtime Hours Report has been enhanced to provide the option of viewing this report for a
whole fiscal year. In this mode, each row of the report represents a pay period. The report can be
viewed at any organization group or department level. Two graphs are also available, showing overtime
hours and overtime cost by pay period.
The Shift and Pay Period Reports have been enhanced to provide the option of viewing these reports
at any organization group or department level. Previously, these reports were only available on a
department basis. Access to the reports has been simplified by elimination of the options screen and the
addition of a Show Options link above the reports. The layout of the reports has been streamlined
using tabs which allow users to quickly navigate between productivity and budgetary information and the graphs.
The Census Report portlet available for placement on My Frontline has been updated to show
census data for the past 14 days rather than the current pay period. This change improves the usefulness
of the data, in particular near the beginning of a pay period when not much data would otherwise be
available.
The Track User Report and Active User Report now limit the visibility of Executives to the
organization groups and departments they oversee. Administrators will continue to see all users in these
reports.
